The Campus Education Group Board consists of the following Directors:

Simon Day

Simon is the Chairman of Campus, appointed in June 2012.Simon is currently principal and a director of Canterbury Hill Advisory, a boutique and corporate advisory practice. He has over 20 years experience in the corporate finance market across all aspects of corporate advisory and finance transactions. Simon’s area of expertise spans: acquisitions and divestments; capital raisings (both public and private); strategic reviews; capital structure; option analysis; and corporate valuations. Simon has experience in transaction management, finance evaluation, enterprise valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and documentation preparation. Simon was previously a partner with Deloitte Corporate Finance, ANZ Investment Bank and Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance in London and Melbourne.

Francesco Lucente

Francesco is a Partner at the law firm of Al Tamimi & Company, Qatar.

He has over 25 years’ experience particularly relating to all areas of corporate law. He has held a number of senior roles in Australia and the Middle East as well as performing advisory work in South East Asia. He has provided legal advice for a number of major educational institutions and most recently on the privatisation of the Qatar Securities Exchange. Frank has serviced such clients as NYSE Euronext, Credit Suisse, Qatar Islamic Bank, Nokia-Siemens, Halliburton, Morgan Stanley and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the International Bar Association.

Alan D’Andrea

Alan is the CEO, Managing Director and Founder of Campus. A former lawyer with undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Law (Honours). He completed the New York Bar exams in 1998 after working in law firms in Singapore (1994-1995) and New York (1996-1998). He later led a corporate advisory practice dealing with a diverse range of domestic and international clients. This corporate transactional experience covered mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings, takeovers, business development strategies and restructuring.

Alan’s publications cover various investment banking disciplines. His titles include, “The Initial Public Offering Process in Australia: A Practical Guide”, “The Initial Public Offering Process in Singapore: A Practical Guide”, “IPO in Australia: A Guide” and “The Back Door Listing Process in Australia: A Practical Guide”.

Joseph T. A. Buccheri

Bachelor of Business (VUT Melbourne), Juris Doctor (University of Melbourne)
Solicitor, Supreme Court of Victoria 

Joseph is a director of Investment Banking Institute Business School and a lawyer of the Victorian Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia who specialise in international commercial trade law. He is a former board member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia (Melbourne). He holds a Bachelor of Business (VUT) and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.
